SINOPSIS
En los años ochenta, el único lugar de Hong Kong donde no se aplicaba la ley británica era la temida Ciudad Amurallada de Kowloon, un enclave entregado a las bandas y al tráfico de todo tipo. Huyendo del poderoso jefe de las tríadas Mr. Big, el emigrante ilegal Chan Lok-kwun se refugia en Kowloon City, donde es acogido bajo la protección de Ciclón, líder de la Ciudadela. Junto a los demás marginados de su clan, tendrán que hacer frente a la invasión de la banda de Mr. Big y proteger el refugio en que se ha convertido para ellos la ciudad fortificada.
